Chicken Kosha/Slow Cooked Traditional Bengali Chicken Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 25 minutes Total Time: 35 minutes Ingredients 500 g - chicken 1/2 cup-curd 1/2 cup- oil 2 - onion, chopped 2 tsp -garlic & ginger paste 1 tsp - chili powder 1 tsp -coriander powder 1 tsp -cumin powder 2 tsp -turmeric salt to taste water-1/2 cup method Wash chicken  and marinate with salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and  curd and keep it for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a frying pan,fry the chicken pieces & make it to golden brown & keep aside. In the same oil add chopped onion and fry light brown in color. chicken ghondhoraj Gandharaj  is a cross between Lime and Mandarin orange.  CHICKEN WITH SESAME SEED(তিল চিকেন)(til chicken) আজকের রান্না । আজ রবিবার হওয়াতে দুপুরে বানালাম তিল চিকেন,ফ্রাইড রাইস আর ওল  চিংড়ি। তিল চিকেন। এটা  বানাতে তিল লাগবে ২ চামচ ,একটা পিয়াঁজ ,৬ টা  রসুনের কোয়া,আদা ১/২ ইঞ্চি ,কাঁচা লঙ্কা ২ টি ,তেজ পাতা ২ টি,তেল ৪ চামচ ,দেশি ঘি ১ চামচ ,জিরে গুঁড়ো ১ চামচ,চিকেন মশলা ১ চামচ,টক দই   ২চামচ,গোটা জিরে ১ চামচ ,লাল লঙ্কা পাউডার ১/২ চামচ। বিধি। ১. প্রথমে grinder  এ সাদা তিল পাউডার করে নেবো,পরে জল দিয়ে পিয়াঁজ,রসুন,আদা কাঁচা লঙ্কা দিয়ে পেস্ট করে নেবো। ২.দই ,নূন দিয়ে চিকেন টাকে  মেখে মেরিনেট  করতে দেব ১ ঘন্টা র জন্য। ২.একটা করায়  এ তেল গরম করতে দেব ,তাতে ম্যারিনেট করা চিকেন দিয়ে দেব,একটু নেড়ে নিয়ে তাতে পেস্ট টা দিয়ে কোষে নেবো,এবার জিরে আর চিকেন মশলা পাউডার টা দিয়ে দেব,একটু নেড়ে নিয়ে ঢাকা দিয়ে দেব,১৫ মিনিট পরে একটা পাত্রে ঘি গরম করে তাতে গোটা জিরে আর লাল লঙ্কা পাউডার দিয়ে ছোঁক দিয়ে নামিয়ে নেবো।
