Mutton korma Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 30 minutes Total Time 4 0 minutes Ingredients 4 Clove 2 bay leaves 5 Black Pepper 1 inch Cinnamon 3 Green Cardamom 10-12 Cashew Nuts 1 /2 cup fried Onion 2 tbsp Ghee 3 tbsp Oil 1/2 kg Mutton Curry cut 3 tsp Ginger Garlic Green  Paste 1 cup Curd 2 tbsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch(red chili) Powder 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Cumin Powder Salt to taste Instructions Wash mutton and mix curd,salt & turmeric ,marinate for one hour .  Roast all the whole spices(clove,cardamom,cinnamon,peppers,bay leaves and cashew nuts)  Put them in a grinder  with fried onion and add little water to make a  paste. Heat oil and ghee in a kadai/pressure cooker. Put mutton pieces and cook for 5 minutes. Add the  paste with ginger garlic paste and fry for 3 minutes.
