Palak Chicken(spinach chicken)

Ingredients

500 g - chicken
2 cups - palak, chopped
2 - onion, chopped
1 tsp - garam masala
2 tsp -garlic & ginger paste
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp -coriander powder
1 tsp -cumin powder
1 tsp - amchur powder(dry mango)
2 tsp -turmeric

method

Wash & boil the palak & allow it cool for 10 minutes
Wash chicken  and marinate with salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste.
Heat oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion and fry light brown in color. 
Then add ginger garlic paste & cook for 2 minutes.
Add cumin,coriander,amchur & turmeric powder and cook for 3 minutes
Add the chicken pieces and fry for 2 mins. 

Add palak to the chicken and mix well. 

then add a 1/2 cup water mix well ,cover the lid and let it cook till done. 

Serve with roti or bread.
