Ingredients
- 4 Clove
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 Black Pepper
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- 3 Green Cardamom
- 10-12 Cashew Nuts
- 1/2 cup fried Onion
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 kg Mutton Curry cut
- 3 tsp Ginger Garlic Green Paste
- 1 cup Curd
- 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch(red chili) Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- Salt to taste
- Wash mutton and mix curd,salt & turmeric ,marinate for one hour .
- Roast all the whole spices(clove,cardamom,cinnamon,peppers,bay leaves and cashew nuts)
- Put them in a grinder with fried onion and add little water to make a paste.
- Heat oil and ghee in a kadai/pressure cooker.
- Add 1&1/2 cups of water and close the lid of the cooker & give 3-4 whistle
