PRAWN OMELETTE



preparation time 10 minutes; cook time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  2 eggs
  50g - small prawn (fried) 

  1 tbsp-butter
  1.5 tbsp - sliced spring onion 
  coriander leaves for garnisging
  salt and pepper to taste

method

Beat the eggs,  add salt and pepper together & mixed with fried prawn and spring onion

  • Heat the butter in a heavy frying pan and pour the egg mixture & cover it  for 2 mins. 


  •   Add coriander leaves & fold it and serve hot.
