Now in a frying pan heat oil and fry the chicken till they become golden brown in color. Keep it

Cut the capsicum, onion, garlic, green chilies and ginger.
Take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it . Then add sugar, pepper, soy sauces, vinegar, salt and 4 teaspoon water, stir well and cook on medium heat for 2 minute.
Prepare cornflour paste. Add 2 tablespoon of cornflour,1 tspoon soy,1 tspoon chili & tomato sauce in

Then, add cornflour mixture to it and let the mixture boil until to get the desired consistency.
Add chicken pieces to the pan and stirring well for 3 minutes.
Then, turn off the heat and serve hot with fried rice or roti.
