delicious chili chicken
chili chicken
(3 tablespoon Corn flour
3 teaspoon All purpose flour
1 egg
½ soy sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
Water as required)
wash chicken pieces nicely
In a bowl and add all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of cornflour ,egg,soy sauce and salt. mix them well to make a thick paste.Add chicken pieces & keep it for 1 hour.
Now in a frying pan heat oil and fry the chicken till they become golden brown in color. Keep it
aside.
Cut the capsicum, onion, garlic, green chilies and ginger.
Take 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it . Add onion, garlic,green chilies red/yellow & green capsicum, stir well and cook them for 5 minutes.
Then add sugar, pepper, soy sauces, vinegar, salt and 4 teaspoon water, stir well and cook on medium heat for 2 minute.
Prepare cornflour paste. Add 2 tablespoon of cornflour,1 tspoon soy,1 tspoon chili & tomato sauce in
half cup water
Then, add cornflour mixture to it and let the mixture boil until to get the desired consistency.
Add chicken pieces to the pan and stirring well for 3 minutes.
Then, turn off the heat and serve hot with fried rice or roti.

- 400 grams chicken, cut it into medium-sized cubes
- Oil 1 cup (for deep fry)

- 1 tomato
- 1 red or yellow capsicum

- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger piece
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- 3 teaspoon Soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon Tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili sauce
- ½ teaspoon pepper
