BITTER GUARD FRY(KARELA BHAJA)
Ingredients
- Bitter gourd 150 gm
- Garlic 3 cloves( chopped)
- cumin powder 1 t spoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2 t spoon
- Turmeric powder 1 t spoon
Preparation
- Bitter gourd Clean and cut in to slices
- add little salt and turmeric , chop garlic,
- in pan heat oil and add cumin seeds then add garlic
- Fry for few minutes then add sliced bitter gourd and cover wit a lid& allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
